Aircraft Fleet
Tail numbers appear in the aircraft picker on Trip Routing and in the Request Fuel Release dropdown.
Fuel Price CSV Uploads
Drop in the weekly CSVs. Uploads are stored centrally — every user sees the latest prices immediately.
Jet Nassau Direct Pricing
Jet Nassau notifies of price changes via email rather than CSV. Add direct prices here.

Vendor Request Email Addresses
Used by the Request Fuel Release action. Requests come from ops@tia.aero, you're CC'd, and replies route to ops@tia.aero.
Sent Fuel Requests
Every Request Fuel Release send is logged here. You see your own; office users see everyone's.
User Management
Add or remove team members. Office users have full access; pilots can view and request fuel but can't edit prices or fleet. New users receive a temp password and are forced to change it on first login.
